Small ensemble music inspired by the rhythmic devices of minimalism was the focus of WNYC’s New Sounds: Small Ensembles, Pattern-Based Music which aired July 7. Point Reyes was featured along with pieces by Russia’s Ensemble 4’33”, cellist Jody Redhage and Fire in July, William Susman, and others.
